Hey, that's great!! You are a success story already. Do you feel hungry on this diet plan? That's one thing I really don't like about most diet plans. At night I am starving. Not good.
Way to go!! You should be proud of yourself. I weigh myself tomorrow and I'm not looking forward to it. I've been working out consistently, but not strictly following my diet (WW points).
to be 100% honest, I did feel hungry the first 2 days on the plan but after that, your body gets used to how you're really supposed to be eating (moderate portions, etc.) so it's definitely gets easier. WW doesn't want anyone to feel hungry though so their new plan gives everyone 35 extra points per week to use how you please (i.e. in case you're still hungry or have a party to go to ,etc.) so that's great. and you'll still lose the weight, just not as fast as you would if you didn't use these extra "flex" points.
good luck on your weigh-in jen! since you've been exercising 12 days straight (wow!) you should be just fine. let me know how it goes...
