Christmas at The White House

I have so much to say and not enough time, so I won't say anything today other than I absolutely LOVE them! What did you think about the Oprah special last night?

Everyone is saying he shouldn't have graded himself, but if he hadn't then what would people have thought? Look, the man was inherited a gobload of trouble. He's done the best he could in almost a year. Other countries are gaining their respect for us once again. I think to give himself a B+ is a sign of confidence. I just LOVE THEM. I think I'm boderline Obsessed with them. Never have I been more intrigued by a President and FIrst Lady then I am now. They are young, hip, fresh, just like us. Just what the country needs. But seriously, I saw this picture today in the Post, and it made me want to cry. Oprah too? It's almost too much for this chick to manage. My dream of dreams would be to be right smack dab in the middle of that photo.

cocoamommy said...: Thanks to my mom for getting the networks confused with football I missed the special expect for the last 10 minutes. I will confess I am obsessed with everything associated with the First couple. Before they entered the White House I bought both of the Essence magazines, one cover has Barack and the other Michelle. I sent the letter in the back and strategically mailed the letter a day after he was sworn into office so it was received by this administration and not the last. I even had my 9yo son write a letter welcoming the President to the White House. Both of us received official stationary from the White House thanking us for the correspondence. When I get a moment I want to make a keepsake box for the kids of all things Obama. I just love to watch them interact as a couple it is so warm and loving. Oh, and don't mention when they were photographed on their anniversary date night, I got chills. Ok enough gushing I luv them!Can you tell?; December 16, 2009 at 11:58:00 PM EST
