Carraba's "Toast to Dad": A Contest & Giveaway!
Carrabba’s Italian Grill is inviting everyone to write a brief toast to their dad for the chance to win a four-night trip with their dad to Napa Valley, including a tour of the Rubicon Estate, a case of Coppola wine and dinner with Coppola’s winemaker!! Ten runners up will celebrate with dad closer to home with dinner for four and Coppola wine at a Carrabba’s restaurant. And, as another reason to say "cheers" to dad, all contest entrants will receive a certificate for a free appetizer valid on a future Carrabba’s visit. You can enter the “Toast to Dad”until June 30, 2009 by posting your toast on their website.

My favorite is lasagna rolls. Its a cute "kid cook" friendly approach to lasagna. I kinda helps with portion control as well. Take your normal ingredients (minus the sauce) and layer them on the lasagna noodle, roll, like a jewelry roll, then place in pan, cover with sauce and cheese, then bake. Add a salad and a glass of cabernet and I'm happy.
What a fun contest! I love fetuccini alfredo even though it is so bad for you.
A contest with a difference, its fantastic and should be fun. I love 'Penne a la Vodka', it tastes great but not good for You at all.

I love eggplant parm. It's my fave!
I love lasagna, anything alfredo, and anything with marinara sauce. I always have the hardest time trying to decide what to eat at Italian restaurants because I love just about everything on the menu.
Chicken Parmesan!
So many delicious choices, but I'll probably have to go with gnocchi.
I'd have to say my fave is my homemade lasagna with spicy sausage in the sauce and basil ground into the ricotta. The whole family loves it!
I used to love chicken parmesan, but my new favorite is chicken marsala!
I love lasagna!! It is hard to find a good one so sometimes I just make it at home. But I loves it!!!
