Mamalaw is a group blog about three moms and wives who just happen to be lawyers too. We have seven kids between us which means that we have no shortage of funny stories, touching moments, reasons to rant and the occasional kernel of parenting wisdom. In our "spare time," we founded MamaLaw Media Group and the social media conference, Blogalicious Weekend. Read more here.

You've got to be kidding me!! That's just inexcusable!
Just know, I would have given you a seat in a heartbeat. And so would the rest of my family, kids included.
What!!!!!!!
To "opposite of heaven" to all of them!
How HORRIBLE!
I will always always give up my seat to a pregnant, elderly, woman with children, etc...
on a bus, train or WHATEVER!
Makes me want to time/space travel, board that train and b*tch slap those people into awareness. Sheesh!
When I was pregnant with my daughter, I lived in NYC for a few months. It was ALWAYS the older, 50-60ish women who would offer their seats. The folks under 30? Not a chance. It's really sad.
And don't get me started on being pregnant in college. Oh lord. Getting on the campus bus was such a pain that I just started walking everywhere. A college in Ohio, mind you. In winter. Yeah, I know.

I remember this all too well when I lived in DC. I was the preggers one. On a rare day, another woman would offer her seat. I couldn't believe some of these men. Disgusting. At first I would stare and try to burn a hole in his head. Finally, I just started asking for the seat. CRAZY!!
