Pumping at Work: A Tutorial

It's official. My (short) maternity leave is over and I'm back at work. Nevermind the commute, the long days, having to leave my adorable little baby behind -- the most frustrating thing about being back at work is...having to pump. This will avoid you getting into an argument with your husband, with whom you are carpooling, about having to turn around and go back home because you left your shields in the microwave sterilizer pouch on the kitchen counter.

I also commented at DC Metro Moms. These are good tips. You know what I did, I purchased an extra set of everything and always left some at work and took the dirty ones home, replaced with clean sets in the AM. This way I didn't have to wash the cones at every session. I also pumped in my car so I didn't have to worry about packing and unloading every day/night. Oops, I forgot you don't have that option. Forget I mentioned it.
