A Letter to Hubby

Dear Hubby,
How is everything going so far? How are the kids? You must be exhausted, I'm sure. It's tough being me, isn't it?

I'm having such a great time here at Disney. It's been just great meeting all the moms that I blog with. I've also met many new moms. I still can't believe I'm here! It's truly a magical experience and place.

We'll, I'm in my room and just wanted to remind you of a few things:

1. Don't forget to put matching clothes on Daughter. Remember what I said about just putting a dress on her so that you don't have to worry about matching. Use only the dresses hanging in her closet, please don't dig through the drawers or anything because most of those clothes are too small.

2. Don't forget to put Little B on the potty. Remember we are potty training him.

3. Don't let Oldest watch too much TV.

4. Please cut the grass before our HOA fines us.

5. GIVE KIDS MILK!!!

6. FEED KIDS!!!

7. BATHE KIDS!!!

Okay Hubby, Have a great time! It's time for me to take a little rest before we go to the Party of the Senses. It's Disney's version of a food and wine festival. I think we're going to meet some celebrity chefs!!!

Toodles!

Love,
Mama

LOL! Can I just copy and paste this to my blog? I'm going to China in November and my hubster and daughter will be on their own for two weeks - I hope they make it!

Justice Jonesie Girl I had a great time with you at Disney. It it still hard to believe the trip is over and there is no limo waiting to take me to my next stop! LOL

It was so nice to meet you! I'm slowly coming back to earth from that trip. My house was cleaner than I expected it to be so that was an added bonus!

Love the list! It was so much fun getting to know you at Disney. I'm trying to figure out how I'll get back to life without the "VIP" status of martini parties, limos, backstage passes and front of the line privileges. I can get used to being spoiled!

I had so much fun this weekend! You are soooooooooo awesome! Now you know I'm still in VIP status right? Looking for my meals, housekeeping and my limo!!!---HaHa.

You're smart for leaving a note. I should have followed your advice on that one. I just kissed everyone goodbye and said good luck.

Needless to say, Daddy showed up with DJ and a jacket that was 2 sizes too small for him. *sigh*

When I got off the plane and saw the fam my girls' hair was nice and neat. That was the first indication that my hubby did a good job. I was surprised he could do their hair that well. He's gotten a lot better.

I don't even know where to begin - I am SO jealous! This definitely helps me to keep hoping for the grandeur in my future that I am sure is awaiting me!

Fabulous as usual. I can't believe you actually got away for an entire weekend. You are working this out for yourself. How were things when you got back - I'm waiting for the post:)

Despite that Little B had a bump on his head from falling off his bike (could've happened while I was there) and that he woke up with a slight rash on his body from being fed fish sticks (he seems to be allergic so we don't feed him fish)everything seemed in good order. Daughter's hair was not as bad as I thought and the kids were happy, fed, and clean. Hubby is very hands on so I can't complain, (even if he doesn't do it just like me).

Justice Ny, you are well overdue for a Mommy weekend!

Tell me about it!!!! I'm looking at the rest of the weekends for the year and it seems like there is something going on every other weekend. And, as you know, we need the weekend (more like three days) to get life in order for the rest of the week.

I try to take mini-breaks as oftern as I can. Even if it means running away in the middle of the work-day to get some personal things done.

I'm glad that things were in order when you got home. We quite often think that everything will fall apart if we aren't around and these daddies seem to be able to pull it off when we aren't there. Impressive!!!! Now, if only they would volunteer to steer the ship at least once a weekend, life would be fabulous.

I really enjoyed meeting you and all of the other Mamas. My body still aches from all the walking and my cheeks hurt from all the laughing. Here's to lap dances and limos and VIP treatment.

Incredible weekend. Incredible company. I think it is something we will all remember for a long, long time. I'm still processing it all and looking forward to keeping in touch with everyone.

Go mom bloggers!

I had two girl's weekends in a row. I too worried that the kids would be in mixed matxhed clothes, eat pbnj's all weekend, etc. But like you I went anyway and had a great time. Oh yeah, the kids were migh-ty stinky when I got home. No baths while Mom was gone. ewww.....
