Weigh In: Week "I've Lost Track"
I've been so busy checking out all the great giveaways that I almost forgot to weigh-in. According to this morning's weigh-in - I've lost 21lbs since I started on my weight-loss plan in January! I do feel significantly smaller. Of course, hubby is convinced that the scale is broken but I'm perfectly happy with what it says and I'm going with that!
I do need to be more disciplined with exercising though. And I was do so well for a time.
My birthday is Saturday and surely I won't have lost 9lbs by then (unless I stop eating today) so I won't quite have met my goal but I'm closer than I ever thought I would be. So, yay me!

Wow, you are doing great! Sounds like you are really close to your goal. And if you stopped eating until Saturday, your body would actually go into starvation mode and protect itself by making MORE fat cells. So that's not a good idea. :-) You want to do it the healthy, long-lasting way and it sounds like you ARE! Congrats! :-)

21lbs!!! Awesome!! You are very close to your goal and since you must celebrate your birthday for at least a month, you'll surely meet your goal by that time. Great job!

As long as you are happy with the amount you are losing then you go girl. I know it frustrates me a bit when I have made a goal to lose so much by a certain time, but really losing anything is great so stick with it. Have a Happy Birthday this week!
