I am so sick of making the same meals for dinner over and over. I mean how many times can one family eat spaghetti and tacos in a month? Do y'all have any quick and easy recipes? Help a mother out.
Oh, and I don't have a crockpot (I know. Hubby thinks it'll burn down the house if it's on all day), so no crockpot recipes, m'kay?

This is the easiest recipe I have in my repertoire, well other than Stouffer's frozen lasagna which probably doesn't count.
Chicken and Wild Rice
Buy a pack of drumsticks or breast or whatever chicken you like.
2 boxes of Uncle Ben's Wild Rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 packet of Lipton Golden Onion soup mix
2 soup cans of milk
Mix rice, seasoning packet, cream of mushroom soup, milk and Lipton soup packet in a bowl. Pour into a 9x13 dish. Salt and pepper the chicken and place in the dish with rice mixture. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350. Take off foil and cook about 10 more minutes to brown the chicken. It's easy and makes a ton.
This is one of our favourites:
