Chicken Soup for the Soul: A Mother's Day Giveaway!

Our day is just around the corner moms! The day when we'll get macaroni and glue-laden construction paper cards; "breakfast" (aka Cheerios) in bed; and if we're lucky - an hour or two of peace and quiet to ourselves. In honor of moms everywhere, the talented Chicken Soup for the Soul publishers are offering two new titles: Chicken Soup for the Soul: Like Mother, Like Daughter and Chicken Soup for the Soul: Moms & Sons. Both titles are now available at Target for a special discounted price until Mother's Day on May 10. Both seek to honor moms, as they offer heartwarming, hilarious tales from moms and their loved ones.

But, as fabulous as you know I think Target is, even they can't beat this deal: I'm giving away two copies of each of these books for you to treat yourself, or that special mama in your life courtesy of the publisher. If you happen to be in NYC on Friday, May 8, the Power Moms Book Launch takes place at 1pm at the Lincoln Center Barnes & Noble in New York. They'll have a "power mom" panel led by Liz Lange, followed by a Q&A and booksigning.
