Menu Plan Monday

Wasn't 24 crazy?

I almost forgot to put up this week's menu today (whenever it's a holiday, my schedule gets all thrown off...)
Here goes:

Monday - Today we ate at the Cheesecake Factory for (almost) free since I signed us up for this! It was yummy. But I do have a touch of indigestion. Yech.

Tuesday - Chicken Scampi. Always a hit.

Wednesday - Pork Fried Rice. We never got to it last week.

Thursday - Leftovers.

Friday - Hamburgers and Roasted Red Potatoes.

    Great menu! Thanks for the Scampi recipe--can't wait to try it!

    I love the Cheesecake Factory--it is my favorite chain restaurant ever. I just signed up for that Mystery Shopper thing. Hope that I get asked to do the same place.
